These terms are the agreement between you and Pollen Analytics LLC for using Pollen Build. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
Who can use Pollen Build
You need to be an adult to create an account. When you add information about other people, such as colleagues or family members you invite, you're confirming you have a reasonable basis to share it for the purpose of using the service.
Your content
Anything you add to Pollen Build remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you and the people you share an account with. You can export or delete it at any time, as the privacy policy describes.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pollen Build to:
- access another account's information, or try to;
- interfere with, overload or probe the security of the service;
- create accounts automatically or in bulk;
- add information about someone in a way that harms them.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Suspension never deletes your data, and you can still export or delete it while suspended.
The service itself
We work to keep Pollen Build available and correct, but we provide it "as is", and it may occasionally be unavailable or make mistakes. We may change or improve features over time. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and time to export your data first.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using Pollen Build and delete your account at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where that's reasonable.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For a change that matters, we'll also tell you in the app before it takes effect.
